Evelyn O’Donnell is a Solicitor based in our Cahir Office and has been with us since 2005. Evelyn graduated from Waterford Institute of Technology with a Certificate in Legal Studies, after graduation Evelyn spent three and a half years living and working with Ernst & Young in Jersey in the Channel Islands.
Whilst in Jersey Evelyn obtained a Diploma in Finance from I.C.S.A. Evelyn then spent a year in Australia travelling and working and on her return to Ireland she obtained a Diploma in Pensions from the Irish Institute of Pensions Managers, whilst working in the area of Pensions with Mercer.
Evelyn has years of experience in the areas of banking, trust, financial services and pensions. As a Trainee Solicitor Evelyn achieved the highest grade in Ireland for the year 2006 in the Law Society of Ireland Contract Law FE1 Examination. Evelyn has recently completed a Law Society Diploma in Trust and Estate Planning. Evelyn is a Registered Trust & Estate Practitioner and a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners.
Evelyn specialises in the area of Wills and Probate incorporating all areas of probate from the initial making of a will to the final administration of all types of estates and various issues that surround or arise therein. Evelyn also has substantial experience in the area of Conveyancing and all property related transactions and also has experience in the area of Civil Litigation.
