Anne Marie O’Donnell (BCL UCC) qualified as a solicitor in 2002. On qualifying she worked in general practice in a full services legal firm for almost two years gaining experience in all areas of practice including civil litigation, residential and commercial conveyancing and wills and estates before returning to work in the firm where she had completed her apprenticeship to specialise in litigation, both civil and criminal.
Anne Marie is experienced in civil litigation of all types, in particular personal injuries, acting for both plaintiffs and insurance companies in all jurisdictions.
Since joining the firm of Donal T. Ryan in 2011 she has combined some litigation work with probate dealing with estates of all types including multi jurisdictional estates, taxation matters as well as all matters concerning succession.
She is also an experienced criminal defence lawyer guiding clients from advices in the garda station to jury and non jury trials.
